Caffeine is obviously effective in improving mental alertness. However, studies clearly show that too much caffeine (in excess of 100 milligrams) can be detrimental to your health by causing muscle tremors, fast heartbeat, migraine headaches and other health issues. Astonishingly, a 16-ounce of Starbucks’ coffee contains nearly 310 milligrams of caffeine! This means that it has over four times the amount of caffeine available in world’s most famous energy drink, Red Bull, which is just 80 milligrams.

That’s bullshit that you can’t sell sassafras but they can put this shit in coffee and it’s okay why the hell don’t they real eagle-eyes sassafras if they made it illegal to put in products because of its carcinogen properties and it’s been a healthy healthy supplement for thousands of years oh by the way Starbucks is known for their Nazi era ties they hate Jewish people they hate Muslims and they hate Christians anybody who’s tied to any religion they hate I can approve this
