The problem comes when it’s frozen. Chances are; frozen pizzas have numerous harmful additives, preservatives, and other chemicals that are not good for your health.

  1. Good info here, Mark!!
    However, you made a mistake on #4: You wrote, “Vegetable oil contains unsaturated fats and Omega 3 fatty acids, which are linked to heart attacks” You must have meant to write Omega 6, not omega 3. By the way, it’s not just having omega 6, but rather having too much of it. Some omega 6 is necessary for normal physiological function, but we typically get way too much of it and not enough of the Omega 3’s.

    I’d also add to this list with
    -diet sodas
    -gluten free junk foods and other “health halo” foods
    -microwavable ramen noodle packs
