These new summer rolls are not just healthy but are also lovely to look at on Instagram and very delicious to eat. They’re basically raw or fresh Vietnamese spring rolls (wrapped in rice paper but NOT fried!) with slices of colorful fruits and veggies in addition to traditional ingredients. Throw in a cashew-ginger dipping sauce, and these rainbow-colored summer rolls are both refreshing and picture perfect for a bite on while chilling with friends!   1. As someone who likes crazy food combos, that Ramen burger is going on my must try list. But then I’m going to have to spend a LOT more time on this site figuring out how to burn that extra fat off!
