This adorable couple hated the way they looked in their wedding photographs and made a joint decision to sweat it out at the gym, while giving up calorie-heavy foods and adopting a healthier lifestyle at the same time. In the meantime, they battled ridicule from friends and family members. They never let go of their love or their dream, waiting for the day when they could flaunt a toned body. And sure enough, by their fourth anniversary, the lovely couple had lost a total of 230 pounds combined and took another series of wedding photos. Needless to say, this time around, they looked absolutely gorgeous in their new album.

  4. I lost 80 pounds… on my own. I cannot afford a tummy tuck. It makes it difficult to find clothes that fit well… or at all.
    It sucks.
