8. Matt & Mandy
What an apt way to embark on a new phase of life! Matt and Mandy decided to shed that unsightly flab to look fab on their wedding day, and exercised together to meet their weight loss goals. As a result, they both a lost a combined sum of 133 pounds together. Don’t they look utterly incredible? Mandy proudly says that the most significant changes they made were related to their diet and lifestyle. Their dramatic transition is a result of wise eating habits that include eating limited portions, eating at the right times of the day, and avoiding processed foods.
7. Timothy & Eileen
Timothy and Eileen’s makeover has been nothing short of stunning. This lovely couple came together when they were participants of CrossFit Chicago, a holistic fitness program that emphasizes functional everyday movements (such as lifting heavy objects, pull-ups, squats, sit-ups) performed rigorously over a short period of time. Additionally, they also made drastic changes to their diet and ended up rejecting all processed and high-fat foods, while consuming only organic and low-calorie foods in their place. Over time, they observed a reduced feeling of fatigue and felt motivated enough to continue exercising and dieting. Besides achieving a fitter body, they experienced positive changes in their sex life and became a happier couple in the long run.
