Don’t Drink Too Quickly

Drinking a huge bottle of water in one go is not advisable during the heat as it will cause your body to flush it out sooner rather than later. Keep a bottle of water (or multiple glasses of water) with you at all times and sip it whenever you feel a little thirsty. Your body will absorb the H2O steadily throughout the day.
