An Awesome HIIT Workout For Beginners!

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training and is one of the most effective workouts requiring the least amount of time! With this method of training, you can fit in a full body workout in about 20 minutes. One of the best parts about HIIT workouts is that a lot of the time they can require only your body weight so you don’t need to spend a fortune on at home equipment.

You will build muscle, burn tons of fat, and it’ll be over so quick you’ll be able to get on with the rest of your day. Here’s a quick 7-minute workout routine that you can do at home! Follow the steps, don’t rest longer than what you’re given and you’ll be lean in no time.

Do each of these exercises continuously for 30 seconds with a 10-second rest/transition in between; use a timer on your phone to help keep your time on track!
