How do you perform this exercise?
Place your body like a cow or cat keeping the wrists properly aligned below the shoulders. Your knees, on the other hand, should be aligned below the hips. The toes should be tucked properly. Inhale and relax the belly to allow it move in the direction of the floor. Next, arch your back gently and tilt the chin and tailbone in the direction of the ceiling. Now, exhale as you round the spine, draw the chin toward the chest, and un-tuck the toes. You should perform six to ten repetitions of this exercise.
