Jake Gyllenhaal has had some extraordinary performances in several movies over the years, but the one that stands out the most is the movie Southpaw. Jake had to go through serious physical training to portray a boxer in this movie. This challenge required Jake to spend more time on workouts, especially to learn the different moves and techniques of boxing. He trained for almost 6 months to become a lean and strong fighting machine. And the result was outstanding!
