Superheroes need super powers, and, as Captain America, Chris Evans had to get into an incredible shape so that the audience would accept him as a powerful supersoldier. But he needed to look super skinny before his transformation into Captain America! That’s right, he needed to be skinny and bulky for the same film shoot. Well, his slim figure gave him a serious challenge to increase his size. According to Evans, his exercise regime was an exhausting full-body workout that battered every muscle in his body. It is a surprise that he managed to do away with cardio most of the time, which he claims would adversely affect his gain in visible muscle mass for the role. We cannot disagree with Chris as it is evident that his portrayal of Captain America is totally justified.
