11. Gerard Butler
Who does not envy the muscular body of King Leonidas from the movie 300? We know that the movie was touched up with CGI, but that only goes so far. Gerard Butler worked hard to gain a simply intimidating level of physical fitness for his role. Apart from completely changing his diet, Gerard also had to work extremely hard to build such a muscular body. His exercise regime consisted of 50 push-ups, 50 pull-ups, 50 box jumps, 50 reps of deadlift (weighing 135 lbs) 50 single-arm press and clean reps with kettle bells (weighing 36 lbs), and 50 floor wipers. No wonder we gape every time we see Gerard in 300. The actor, however, seems reluctant to repeat this extreme body transformation ever again, and no wonder.
