9. Citrus Fruits
Some citrus fruits include lemons, limes, oranges, kiwi fruits, and tangerines. The high acidity levels and high fiber content can slow down the digestion process, making you feel fuller for longer. The fruits can be prepared in different ways; grapefruit, for example, can be eaten, or you can just make a fresh juice to drink (although then you won’t get much fiber). It helps your body in keeping antioxidants, as well as helping your body access the necessary vitamins and minerals.
