2. Wood Chops
This exercise is popular due to its ability to target all the core muscles at once. It also challenges and improves your balance.
How do you perform the exercise?
Stand straight keeping your feet shoulder width apart. Take your hands toward your front and clasp both of them. Now, pull the arms upwards to any one side of your head. Next, squat down and perform the “chopping” action by moving your clasped arms downward diagonally; your hands should target the other side of your body. Keep the abs braced when performing the above action. Repeat the “chopping” action by moving your arms back to the position from where it began. Perform ten repetitions of this exercise on either side of your body.
