19. Hip Flexor Stretch
This stretching exercise would ensure that you don’t face any difficulty in bending your knees and flexing your hip.
How do you perform this exercise?
Place your body in the traditional lunge stance keeping your ribcage down and hips in a neutral state. Exert pressure on your front heel, press your hip forward, and squeeze your glute (if the right knee is stretched, you will have to squeeze the right glute).
